Productive morning and then the afternoon gets shot by a doctor’s appointment. This one, at least, was merely the regular female checkup (barrel of monkeys it is), but the doctor’s office has a horrible habit of double and triple booking so there’s almost always a substantial wait. My appointment was at 3:30pm. I was finally seen about quarter to 5. Good thing I shut down my office before I left (call it an educated guess).

But at home I managed to have a semi-productive evening. Didn’t get everything done that I wanted, but it was a good start for the week. The big thing, and I feel silly for wondering if it was going to be a headache or not, was figuring out ustream and getting the webcam to work with it and do everything I think it’s supposed to. Weren’t no thang at all. So now I have the table essentially set-up for broadcasting my 24 Hour Comics day progress.

I know 24 hours straight comicking is a bit much and I’m not thinking it’s going to be an every-month thing. But if, every couple of months, I took a weekend and banged out 2 months of strips? That seems not only possible but also smart! It’d give me time to work on other projects and not be completely chained to my update schedule. Maybe I’m putting the cart before the horse, but it might be worth it to consider, you know?
